Qigong Practice – Breath – Movement – Learning a Qigong Healing Treatment
Learn how to cultivate the Qi of the internal organs, align body, mind, and spirit, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life. The key is to nurture our life force and vitality through being in harmony with the Dao.
Here is what we will be doing:
- Internal exercises and self-massage for the internal organs’ health & rejuvenation
- Breath cultivation, the healing sounds & stillness practices
- Conscious movements for vitality and balance
- Principles of Yang Sheng: alignment with nature, body–mind–spirit integration, prevention over cure, and living a life filled with Spirit, vitality, and joy.
- Learn to enter the Qi Field.
Qi practice is the Dao of Inner Fitness—a path to self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.
